Dad had business in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan which gave the family a chance to visit one of their favorite tourist places, the Soo Locks of Michigan. James and Mom got to go on the boat tour and had a great time, the majority of the pictures are from that boat tour.

Afterwards Mom and James met up with Dad and we went shopping on the “strip”. Unfortunately they put up parking meters and Dad didn’t have much change so we had to hurry our shopping spree a little more than normal, however finding a parking spot was not a big deal.
